Cindy helped me purchase my dream home in the mountains. I can't say enough good things about her and the team at Welch Realty. Living in nyc, I needed an agent I could trust and who knew the area really well. I worked with about 4-5 agents before her, but now I won't use anyone else if I can help  it. She was so patient through the whole process, helping me refine my criteria so that in the end I got exactly what I always wanted even though I wasn't clear on what that was when I started. This was in 2014. Since then I have recommended her to everyone that is looking. I even confidently referred my mother in law to her, and, you know.. no one wants to provide a bad recommendation to their mother in law. :) One of the things I loved about working with Cindy was she never tried to sell me on a place, not even a little, which was surprising. You kind of expect an agent to give you at least some BS, but none with Cindy. She would clearly answer my questions. She made great suggestions and would help me look for the potential pros and cons of each place I considered.
